Analytics & KPIs

Reports

Overview

The Analytics page provides a comprehensive view of your project's performance across six specialist tabs. Each tab focuses on a different dimension of delivery — from high-level health and flow efficiency through to quality, team balance, and exportable reports. All data is calculated from sprint, story, and defect records in your project.

Getting there

1Select your project from the project switcher
2Click Analytics or KPIs in the left sidebar
3Use the tabs at the top of the page to switch between the six analysis views

Troubleshooting

All tabs show empty charts

The analytics page requires completed sprints with story point data. If no sprints have been closed yet, most charts will be empty. Close a sprint to start generating data.

Some KPI cards show "—" instead of a value

A dash means there is not enough data to calculate that metric. This is normal for new projects. The value will populate as sprint and defect data accumulates.

The data looks outdated

Data is loaded when the page opens. Refresh the page to pull the latest sprint and defect records.
