The bottom section of the Pricing & Billing dashboard contains two tabs: Billing History and Invoice History. Billing History lists charges that have been processed on your account. Invoice History lists Stripe invoices, including upcoming or draft invoices awaiting settlement.
The Billing History tab shows a list of charges processed on your account. Each row contains:

| Date | The date the charge was created, displayed in your local time zone. |
| Product | The charge description (e.g., plan name or add-on). If no description is available, the Stripe charge ID is shown. |
| Amount | The charged amount followed by the currency code (e.g., 49.00 USD). |
| Status | The Stripe charge status (e.g., succeeded, failed). |
| Download | A Download link with a receipt icon appears when a receipt URL is available. Clicking it opens the Stripe-hosted receipt in a new browser tab. |
If your account has more than 20 charges, the list shows only the 20 most recent and a note reads "Showing 20 Bills only". Contact Silverile support if you need access to older charges.
The Invoice History tab lists Stripe invoices for your account. Each row contains:

| Download / Status | For paid invoices: a Download link that opens the Stripe-generated PDF in a new browser tab. For draft invoices: a message reads "Status:Draft. Available to download upon settlement of the invoice." — the PDF is not available until the invoice is paid. |
If your account has more than 25 invoices, the list shows only the 25 most recent and a note reads "Showing 25 Invoices only".
No billing history is shown
If your account has never been charged (e.g., you are on the free plan or the subscription is still in a trial period), the Billing History tab will be empty.
Invoice shows "Status:Draft" and no Download link
Draft invoices have not been settled yet. The PDF download becomes available once the invoice is paid by Stripe. This usually happens automatically at the end of the billing period.
Receipt Download link is missing on a charge
A receipt URL is only generated by Stripe for certain charge types. If the Download link is absent, no receipt was generated for that charge. Contact Silverile support if you need documentation for that charge.
I cannot see charges older than the listed ones
The Billing History tab shows a maximum of 20 recent charges ("Showing 20 Bills only") and Invoice History shows a maximum of 25. For older records, contact Silverile support.
