The Pricing & Billing dashboard is where organisation administrators manage their Silverile subscription — viewing the current plan, changing seat counts, upgrading or downgrading plans, switching billing cycles, managing payment methods, purchasing AI token add-ons, and accessing charge and invoice history.
Only users with the Admin or Financial Adminrole can view and manage the Pricing & Billing dashboard. Other roles do not see this section.
The billing dashboard is divided into three main areas:

The Pricing & Billing page shows a loading spinner indefinitely
This usually means Stripe data could not be loaded. If a "Unable to load billing information" message appears with a Retry button, click Retry. If the problem persists, contact Silverile support.
I cannot see the Pricing & Billing menu item
Only Admin and Financial Admin roles have access. Ask your organisation administrator to grant you the correct role if you need billing access.
