Pricing & Billing

Overview

The Pricing & Billing dashboard is where organisation administrators manage their Silverile subscription — viewing the current plan, changing seat counts, upgrading or downgrading plans, switching billing cycles, managing payment methods, purchasing AI token add-ons, and accessing charge and invoice history.

Who can access billing

Only users with the Admin or Financial Adminrole can view and manage the Pricing & Billing dashboard. Other roles do not see this section.

Getting there

1Log in as an Admin or Financial Admin
2Navigate to Enterprise Settings (gear icon in the sidebar or header)
3Click Pricing & Billing in the settings navigation
4The billing dashboard loads with your current subscription details

Page layout

The billing dashboard is divided into three main areas:

Subscription panel (left)Your current plan name, status badge, billing cycle toggle, current period dates, active user count, licensed seat count, per-user price, next invoice amount, and plan action buttons (Upgrade, Downgrade, Cancel, Reactivate).
Add-Ons & Payment panel (right)AI Token add-on with remaining and available token counts, plus your saved payment methods with card details, billing address, and management links.

Troubleshooting

The Pricing & Billing page shows a loading spinner indefinitely

This usually means Stripe data could not be loaded. If a "Unable to load billing information" message appears with a Retry button, click Retry. If the problem persists, contact Silverile support.

I cannot see the Pricing & Billing menu item

Only Admin and Financial Admin roles have access. Ask your organisation administrator to grant you the correct role if you need billing access.
