The Add Ons section in the Pricing & Billing dashboard lets you purchase additional AI tokens for your organisation. AI tokens are consumed whenever your team uses AI-powered features such as StoryCraft AI, Enhance Story, Enhance Acceptance Criteria, Test Case Generation, and the Agentic PM. Each organisation has a base token allowance; purchased tokens are added on top.
The Add Ons card shows two token figures:

| Purchased Remaining | The number of add-on tokens your organisation has bought that have not yet been consumed. This does not include the base plan allowance. |
| Available | The total AI tokens currently available for use across your organisation, combining the base plan allowance and any purchased remaining tokens. |
The Add AI Tokens link is only available when your organisation has an active subscription. The Add Ons card is hidden when there is no subscription on the account.
AI tokens are shared across all users in your organisation. They are consumed automatically whenever any user runs an AI feature. The token count shown on the billing page reflects the current real-time balance. Base plan tokens are consumed first; purchased add-on tokens are used once the base allowance is exhausted.
The Add Ons section is not visible
The Add Ons card is only shown when your organisation has an active subscription. If you are on the free plan or there is no subscription, the section is hidden.
Purchased Remaining shows 0 after buying tokens
Refresh the billing page. Token balances are updated server-side and the page refreshes automatically after purchase. If the count remains 0, contact Silverile support.
Available tokens are lower than expected
Available tokens reflect the base plan allowance minus usage, plus any purchased remaining tokens. If your team has been actively using AI features, the base allowance may have been partially or fully consumed.
