Tables show "Waiting for product selection…"
The product has not loaded yet. Wait for the page to finish loading, or use the Refresh button. If the message persists, check that you have a project selected in the project context.
A user does not appear in the Assigned User Summary
Only users who logged time in the selected month appear in the summary. Users with no time entries for that period are not shown.
The expanded user detail panel is empty
The user may have been assigned stories but logged no time against them in the selected month. Check a different month or verify time entries have been recorded.
Export fails
An error message appears in the header area. This may be a network issue. Try the Refresh button first to reload the data, then attempt the export again.
