Time Management

Time Management

Overview

The Time Management dashboard provides a monthly view of time logged against stories and tasks across the project. It has two scopes accessible via tabs at the top of the page:

  • User Scope — shows time logged by a single team member for a chosen month, with daily breakdown charts and a story-level breakdown table
  • Product Scope — shows time logged by all users across the entire product for a chosen month, with a per-user summary and expandable detail rows

Getting there

1In the left sidebar, click Timesheet (clock icon)
2The Time Management dashboard opens with the User Scope tab active by default
3Switch to Product Scope using the tab in the page header

Time format

All time values are displayed in H.mm format — hours followed by a dot and two-digit minutes. For example, 2.30 means 2 hours and 30 minutes (not 2.5 hours). This format is used consistently across all summary cards, tables, and exports.

Troubleshooting

The Timesheet page is not visible in the sidebar

The Timesheet feature may not be enabled for your project or organisation. Contact your Project Manager or administrator to confirm access.

Time values look wrong

Remember that time is shown in H.mm format (not decimal hours). The value 1.30 means 1 hour 30 minutes, not 1.5 hours.
