Organisation Settings

Overview

The Enterprise Settings page is the central hub for managing your Silverile organisation. It is accessible to users with the Admin or Financial Admin role and contains several tabs covering company information, user management, AI token usage, billing, virtual huddle configuration, and integrations.

Who can access Enterprise Settings

Only Admin and Financial Admin roles can open Enterprise Settings. Other roles do not see the settings option in the navigation.

Getting there

1Log in as an Admin or Financial Admin
2Click the gear icon in the sidebar or header to open Enterprise Settings
3Select the tab for the area you want to manage

Troubleshooting

Enterprise Settings is not visible in the navigation

Only Admin and Financial Admin roles can access Enterprise Settings. Ask your organisation administrator to grant you the appropriate role.

The Billing tab is not shown in Enterprise Settings

The Billing tab is only visible to users with the Financial Admin role. Admin users who are not Financial Admins will not see this tab.

The Integrations tab is not visible

The Integrations tab is only shown in non-production environments for Admin users. It is not available in the production environment.
