The AI Usage tab in Enterprise Settings shows how your organisation is consuming AI tokens. It includes summary cards for token balances, a daily usage chart, a donut breakdown by feature, and individual feature cards. Only Admin and Financial Admin users can view this tab.
The top of the AI Usage dashboard shows up to four summary cards (you can show or hide individual cards using the Customize panel):

| Free Monthly Quota | The base AI token allowance included with your plan per month (e.g., 5,000 on Free, 20,000 on Professional). This resets each month. |
| Tokens Used (this month) | Total tokens consumed by all users in the organisation during the current month. A colour-coded progress bar shows percentage used: green (under 70%), orange (70–89%), red (90%+). |
| Purchased Remaining | The number of add-on tokens your organisation bought that have not yet been consumed. |
| Available | Total tokens currently available for use: base quota minus tokens used, plus any purchased remaining tokens. |
The chart shows AI token consumption per day over a selected date range. It plots two series:
Hovering over a data point shows the date, total tokens, request count, and average tokens per request. A zoom slider appears on the X-axis when the date range exceeds 14 days. The chart toolbar also offers Save Image, Zoom, and Restore controls.
Below the chart, the AI Token Distribution by Feature section shows a donut chart and feature cards that break down token usage by the AI feature that consumed them:

Each feature card shows the total token count and request count for that feature over the selected date window.
Click the Customize button (settings icon) at the top right of the AI Usage toolbar to open the settings panel. Options include:

Click Save in the settings panel to persist your preferences. Your saved preferences are restored the next time you open the AI Usage tab.
No data is shown in the chart or cards
No AI features have been used in your organisation during the selected date range, or the organisation has no subscription. Try widening the date range using the Customize panel.
The summary cards are not visible
They may be hidden in the Customize settings. Click Customize and ensure the cards you want are toggled on, then click Save.
Purchased Remaining shows 0 but I bought tokens
Token balances are fetched when the page loads. Refresh the browser to get the latest balance. If it still shows 0 after refresh, contact Silverile support.
AI Usage tab is not visible
Only Admin and Financial Admin users can see this tab. If you do not see it, contact your organisation administrator.
